My flight arrives early in the morning, what time can I check in?
Our check-in and check-out times are flexible. Just contact us and we will arrange everything according to your needs. If you arrive early, you are welcome to have a meal in our restaurant, explore the grounds or to cool off in our swimming pool.
Is breakfast included as standard with all rooms?
Yes, breakfast is included in all our rooms and served in out on-site restaurant. We offer a fixed south Indian and continental buffet menu every morning.
Can an additional bed for a child be added to the room?
One child under the age of 6 years stays for free and we provide a bed for free. An additional bed for another child under 6 years or a child over 6 years can be provided.
Where can I park my car?
We offer secure parking with CCTV. Parking at owner’s risk
Can you arrange a pickup and drop from the airport or railway station?
Yes, we can arrange these services for an additional charge. Please contact us for details in advance.
What if I want to do some sightseeing but don't have my car with me?
Our friendly and flexible staff stand ever ready to provide whatever transport you may require to make your stay at The Croft as convenient as possible. Travel options to and from the city centre, all nearby major transport hubs and, of course, the huge number of local tourist attractions can easily and quickly be arranged upon request.
Is there a restaurant in the resort?
Yes, our restaurants operates from 7:00 am till 10.30 pm and can offer you a variety of delicious dishes. If you would like to eat in our restaurant, please let us know 2 hours in advance.
